Reinforcement Welded Mesh Panel

Reinforcement Welded Mesh Panel made of low carbon steel wire rod, which undergo a cold-rolling and straightening process and arranged vertically in proper spacing in the welding machine at the line wires and cross wires, joint together by mean of electric resistance spot-welding, also directly welded with hot rolled wire rods.

1.Characteristic

Reinforcement Welded Mesh Panel is especially suitable for big area concrete engineering. Using of welded bar reinforcement can save about 10 percent of the total cost of the project. Steel bar grating costs less time and labor in work. It saves about 50 to 70 percent work time compared with common binding wire mesh. The use of bar grating can also strengthen the concrete parts to reduce surface breaking ratio.
