Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bits is medium cast surface. It can increase the arc length of the position of serious abrasion in order to inset more PDC cutter to improve abrasive resistance.
2. The conical surface is shallow, so the bit has good orientation,good cleaning effect and strong aggressivity.
3. The center distance of the nose is large, which makes the bit's crown have larger area to resist impact.
4. The angle of the PDC cutter is 16-26°,which makes the bits have higher aggressivity and strong impact resistance.
5. On the shoulder part of the bit,it is welded by double-row PDC cutters so that they can drill and abrase simultaneously and complement each other and work together. They undetake respectively the cutting task so that the bits can drill in a high speed.
6. The long gauge surface is welded by double-row PDC cutter gauge teeth so that the bit has higher abrasion resistance and better protecting gauge effect.Meanwhile, the PDC cutters can be effectively used to improve the bit's stability during the drilling.
