Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bits is short cast surface which is suitable for hard formation and neutral formation.
2. The conical surface is shallow, so the bit has good orientation, good cleaning effect and strong aggressivity.
3. The angle of the PDC cutter is 18-25°,which makes the bits have higher aggressivity.
4. The shoulder part of the bit is inseted by double-row PDC cutters so that they can drill and abrase simultaneously and complement each other. They undetake respectively the cutting task so that the bits can drill in a high speed.
5. The bit is designed as stepped gauge to reduce the friction with the well wall and raising the directive efficiency. The long gauge surface is inset/inlaid by double-row PDC cutters gauge teeth to enhance the abrasion resistance and good protect gauge effect.
