【Principle】
Guanidine isothiocyanate was combination with Surfactant to lyse cells or virus, and Isopropanol precipitate nucleic acid out of the solution. The inhibitors were removed by adding anhydrous alcohol, and nucleic acid is obtained after centrifugation and washing.
