Brief

This series of incinerators is mainly used for the incineration of household waste, the harmless treatment of dead animals, the harmless treatment of medical waste, etc. It is the waste treatment equipment of all kinds of hospitals, hotels, stations, large commercial institutions, enterprises, institutions, etc.

Working principle

This series of waste incinerators adopt the incineration mode of primary pyrolysis gasification + surround air mixed combustion + secondary incineration + burnout treatment. The primary combustion chamber adopts gasification incineration technology, and the temperature in the incineration chamber changes from 200℃ to 400℃. No frit, slag block and sintering will be produced in the incineration process. In the secondary mixed incineration chamber, the burner and the annular air feeding device, the gas produced by the primary combustion chamber can be effectively mixed with air and burned fully at high temperature, to prevent the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and the occurrence of late burning phenomenon. The flue gas enters the high temperature secondary combustion chamber tangentially, while the combustion-supporting air also enters tangentially, so that the flue gas can be fully burned again. At the same time, the rotating air flow is used to dust the flue gas, and the residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace is more than 2 seconds, to ensure that the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustible matter in the fly ash are completely incinerated.

Waste gas purification treatment

The upper part of the incinerator is equipped with dry tail gas purification equipment, hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxide produced in the incineration adsorption treatment, odor in the flue gas and other components are decomposed at high temperature. The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydroxide filter brick and acid gas neutralization reaction, to achieve the purpose of adsorption acid gas, further purification tail gas.

Industrial waste(polymer waste): plastic PE, PU, rubber(tyre), PET bottle, styrofoam,  fibre, foam, cloth, resin, acrylic, leather, cattlehide, laminated board, coating, polymer.,etc. It can be used in all kinds of plastic products factory, pharmaceutical factory, food factory, leather processing factory, oil refinery, paper factory and other enterprises of all sizes to produce solid waste.

Medical waste: syringes, gloves, bandage, gauze, infusion tube ,blood transfusion tubes, organs and other infectious waste.
