① The roller, frame and beam of the rubber shredder are guaranteed for one year. The warranty period of the reducer quality problem of the rubber shredder is one year; The warranty period of the motor quality problem of the rubber shredder is one year.

②Cast-steel material is selected for roller of rubber shredder; The working face and shaft shoulder of the roller are repaired and welded with special wear-resistant welding materials to make the roller more durable.Bearings are selected for the roller of the rubber shredde. Each roller has 6 bearings,power saving, easy maintenance.

③ Cast steel material is selected for tile box of rubber shredder; Frame beams and horse legs are welded with steel plates, which are better than cast steel castings.

④ The reducer selects the hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer with large bearing power and large output shaft diameter, which has better performance than the oil field reducer.

⑤The base of the rubber shredder, the motor base and the reducer base are precision processed by the gantry milling machine to improve the accuracy and ensure the quality.

⑥The surface of the roller can not be precision machined by the external circular grinder except between the shafts, which can be finished by the lathe. Other parts: the working surface of the roller, the bearing position and the connecting end of the wheel are precision machined by the external circular grinder to ensure the coaxiality of the roller, improve the product quality and prolong the service life.

⑦There is a temperature measuring device on each tile box of the roller, and the temperature display screen is installed on the panel of the electric control box, which is convenient to monitor the temperature of the roller and facilitate the production operation.
