2.sand casting, including : resin sand line /green sand line /shell mold line

Materail : gray iron/ ductile iron products with machining. 

The products are mainly used in water pumps, drainage, excavator parts, etc.

3.copper casting 

-copper-made handicrafts, with an annual output of about 400 tons.

--the maximum product weight can be 0.05-100kg, 

--the maximum size is 800*800. 

According to the requirements, the material can meet ROHS testing requirements, 

and the precision of casting products can reach CT7-CT8. With a spectrometer, the materials that can be made are shown below.

Brass/Bronze: C84400,C83600,C89833,C89844,C99700, HPb57-3,HSi59-0.4(lead free) etc…..

--Our copper parts are mainly exported to the United States and Europ. 

Our processing equipment has lathes, milling machines, and machining centers, and is equipped with three coordinates. Processing accuracy can reach +/-0.005mm, equipped with pressure detection and ultrasonic cleaning equipment according to product requirements
