1. Strong Adaptability 

Products could be customized based on ore performance. Surface hardness: 58-62HRC, Volume hardness: 57-60HRC. The hardness gradient uniformity from the surface to the core, only 2-3HRC differences.

2. Lower Breakage Rate 

The impact toughness of special steel ball for semi-autogenous mill is more than 25J/cm², and the industrial standard is more than 12J/cm². Our impact toughness is twice than industrial standard. We proved with our experience which passed the highest destructive drop test (10.5m high).

3. Strong Stability 

First, grinding ball don’t broken in processing, so it can keep the stable grinding of ores and stable production of concentrate. Secondly, the abrasion resistance is well, so it prolonged the serve cycle. Third, the distribution of steel ball size is uniform to produce more qualified particles.

4. Low Wear Rate

The wear rate (per tom ore) is 5%-25% less than similar products because of Non-deformation and more than 90% effective work on grinding.
