Product Introduction
The equipment uses imported NDIR non-spectroscopy infrared and ECD electrochemical technology, which is mainly used to measure the volume concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S, O2, H2, CO in biogas. The product has high measurement accuracy, simple structure, convenient operation and good practicability. Mainly used in the fields of landfill, anaerobic fermentation production process, sewage treatment and CDM metering.

Main Accessories

1)Inlet: collect sampling gas from the process pipe by ?6 hosepipe through inlet.

2)Water bubbler: sampling gas is delivered into water and removed dust and tar by washing. The water is not allowed to over the highest water line.

3)Activated Carbon filter: to adsorb residual tar

4)Clamper: to fasten water scrubber and activated carbon filter

5)Gas filter: removing the impurities and separate water vapor, filtering accuracy is 1um;

6)Filter element: the main element of filter need to be replaced when it blacken.

7)Flowmeter: to keep gas flow rate is around 1l/min, to avoid damage of instrument and impact on measuring accuracy caused by over flow

8)Top cap: open the cap could easy to change water or activated carbon.

9)Outlet: exhaust sampling gas from this port and deliver the sampling gas into the analyzer by hosepipe ?6.
