Aramid honeycomb

Metastar aramid honeycomb core is made with metastar aramid paper. A thermosetting adhesive is used to bond these paper sheets at the nodes, after expanding to the hexagonal or over expanded configuration, the block is dipped in phenolic resin. A wide range of cell sizes, paper thickness and densities are available for your choice.
