The welding process has been qualified to operate the welding process by Lloyd's.

 We have furnished proof to fulfill the quality requirements for welding  according to ISO 3834 which is specified the requirement for fusion welding of metallic materials.

The whole welding area is separated base on the base material, such as stainless and Carbon steel. The consumables are place in the room which keep the constant temperature and humidity.  

The welding machine including ARGON PRTECTED WELDING MACHINE AND CARBON DIOXIDE GAS SHIEDED WELDING MACHINE are prepared for every workplace. BESIDES THIS, the tooling for the long shaft welding and the positioner for the circular welding are also prepared. Otherwise, TUBE BENDER is used to achieve the processing of stripping pipe.

      与此同时，我们焊接的产品也通过了对金属熔接质量要求进行评审的ISO 3834质量体系认证。

整个焊接车间根据产品的不同分为不同的区域，比如不锈钢区和碳钢区。所有的焊接材料都被储存在特定的恒温恒湿室内。

公司焊机包括氩气保护焊机和二氧化碳气体保护焊剂，并且配备在每个工位上，除此之外，还准备了长轴焊接工装、变位器和弯管机等辅助设备。
