Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bits is medium cast surface which makes the bit suitable for hard and abrasive formation.
2. The conical surface is shallow, so the bit has good orientation, good cleaning effection and strong aggressivity.
3. The angle of the PDC cutter is 18-25°,which makes the bits have higher aggressivity.
4.On the shoulder part of the bit ,it is welded by double-row PDC cutters so that they can work simultaneously and the former teeth can be protected. Meanwhile, they can also complement each other. The design can improve the drilling speed and enhance the abrasive resistance of the bits.
5. The angle of the hydraulic jetting is optimized so that the bit's cleaning power has been enhanced. Also, it can reduce the repeatedly cutting times.
6. The long gauge surface is welded by double-row PDC cutter gauge teeth to enhance the abrasion resistance and better protecting gauge effect.At the meantime, the design can increase the stability of the bit and extend the bit's life.
