Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bits is medium cast surface which makes the bit suitable for normal hard to hard and strong abrasive formation.
2. The conical surface is shallow, so the bit has good orientation, good cleaning effect and strong aggressivity.
3. The shoulder part of the bit is welded by double-row PDC cutters so that they can work together and abrase simultaneously and complement each other. It can increase the speed of the drilling.
4. The angle of the hydraulic jetting is optimized. The bit's cleaning power has been enhanced so that the rock debris can be fastly cleaned. Also, it can reduce the repeatedly cutting times.
5. The mid-length gauge surface is welded by single-row PDC cutter gauge teeth to enhance the abrasion resistance and be better protect gauge effect.At the meantime, the design can increase the stability of the bits and save cost.
