Prepaid IC card intelligent water meter is advanced microcomputer control technology as the core, using RF card for information transmission media of high-tech electromechanical integration of intelligent instruments which is suitable for urban water supply automatic metering and charging control. This product will completely solve the long-standing conflicts existing use and supply side, change the original "first water after payment," for the "first payment, after the water", improve the modern management level of water supply industry.

The concrete realization way is first to the user management department of filling water, the water will then return to the scene, the data of the card recharge to the water meter, water meter valve after water users; when water is stored in the water (or amount) to achieve the alarm set value, the water valve to remind the user to recharge payment and recharge to the water meter, this time as long as the user in the user card has an alarm valve water meter, if users continue to water, until the water meter in the remaining water is zero, the meter will close the valve without water, this time only to have the user card recharge recharge to the water in the water can continue.
