According to the different degree of hardness of the ground, we designed three kinds of very targeted polishing pads. The products could be differentiated easily by color: black-label products applied for the most of the ground.

If the concrete surfaces’ hardness is higher, or the polishing pads lost the cutting-force during the working processes, we recommended the silver-label products to instead of the black-label one, the silver-label product owns the faster cutting-force for increasing working efficiency and shorten construction working period.

We recommended the golden-label products for treating the lower hardness ground. The golden-label product owns lower shift rates during the work, and it could decrease the consumption of material obviously in the whole working period.

We will survey and investigate carefully when our corresponding products’ actual performance is less than 300m2 during the grinding or polishing processes by one piece of pad only. Such conditions will happen if our customer adopts inappropriate products label during the work. We would recommended the most suitable products for our customers with different work conditions after analyzing procedures.
