Timber Beam Formwork System

Our timber beam, also known as H20 formwork wood beam, is a core load-bearing component widely used in concrete formwork systems for construction projects. It is manufactured with high-quality spruce/fir for the top and bottom flanges and durable poplar plywood as the web, bonded with waterproof WBP glue to guarantee stable structural performance even under humid construction environments. The beam features high loading capacity, light weight, good toughness and excellent reusability, which can effectively reduce construction cost and speed up site progress. Standard dimension is 200mm × 80mm, and the length can be customized from 1.8m up to 6m according to customers’ drawing requirements. We can apply waterproof paint on the surface and equip plastic end caps to prevent damage during transportation and repeated use. This timber beam fits slab formwork, wall formwork, column formwork, climbing formwork, bridge and road construction works perfectly. All products are produced in strict accordance with EN13377 standard, and relevant test reports can be provided upon request. Custom logo, special sizes and surface treatments are acceptable.
