Factory Scale

Suqian Easy Decorate Carpet Co., Ltd totally covers about 90000 square meters, with over 350 workers to ensure the production ability, including 30 management person and 10 technicial staffs in R & D team.

Yarn Machine

We have 40 sets of plastic fiber machine + 4 sets of automatic drying lines. Our annual capacity of grass yarn is 10,000 tons.

Tufting Machine

We have 20 sets grass tufting machines (including 2 sets of 5 meters tufting machines), and artificial grass annual production can arrive 10 milion square meters.

Gumming Machine

Now our factory has 3 sets of latex machines, including 2 sets of 4 meter and 1 set of 5 meter width of glue machines.
