Jilin province Tianchuan Agricultural Industry Development Co., LTD. With an investment of about 76 million yuan in the first phase, it has built a production line for processing 150,000 tons of potatoes annually (20,000 tons of potato starch per year) and supporting facilities such as sewage treatment equipment, office buildings and finished product warehouses, which have been completed and put into use. Tianshu Agriculture has a potato starch production plant covering an area of 106,000 square meters in Wukeshu Economic Development Zone of Changchun, and has a set of production lines and supporting facilities imported from The Netherlands for processing 30 tons of potatoes per hour (producing 10,000 tons of potato starch per year). The company strives to achieve the processing capacity of 500,000 tons of potato annually within three years, driving the potato planting area of 10,000 hectares. In addition, the company also builds a potato breeding base, a standardized production base of handmade noodle, two potato planting bases and the largest potato trading center in the province.
