Introduction
A lifetime is not enough to enjoy the beauties of our planet, it is not easy to choose what to visit, what emotion to enrich oneself in looking at a work of art, a landscape or one of the many monuments that testify to the time that, from creation to date, it has passed. However, there is a place, one of the few in the world, where, as a result of an exceptional event, the first true photograph in the history of humanity was made, a sort of still image in which houses, men and animals are petrified, handing itself over to future generations as a testimony of a place and all its habits. This is Pompeii. Our story comes from the passion and curiosity of Michele Fiorenza, an engineer who visits the archaeological site who, walking through the streets of the ancient city, imagined to revive, in the gardens of the domus, the flowers, essences and scents of Pompeian life. The House of the Perfumer, also known as the House of Hercules, was just that, a small shop where the first perfumes in the history of man were created, a place of the soul where even today it seems to scrutinize the shadows of those who went to enrich your spirit with the essences of an uncontaminated nature. Profumi di Pompei is the line of products dedicated to the person and his places, those where he loves to experience unique emotions. From the still magically intact nature of Pompeii, the inspirations for a range of fragrances capable of recalling ancient tales and images of a city and a people that have marked an era. Rose, Violet, Myrtle, Saffron and other crops that, before the Vesuvian eruption of 79 AD, inspired Pompeian perfumers for the creation of oils and ointments that were the object of desire of the lords of that distant time. Let's go back to a journey that began 2000 years ago.
