Traffic signs

Road traffic signs are generally composed of sign base plate, sign surface, column, fastener, foundation, etc.

Brief description of signboard material processing:

1. The material adopts high-quality aluminum alloy plate and engineering grade or high-strength reflective film, which has good reflective effect at night.

2. Cut the aluminum plate and reflective film (square and round) according to the national standard size.

3. Clean the aluminum plate, polish the aluminum plate with white cloth to make the aluminum plate surface rough, and dry it after washing with water.

4. Use a hydraulic press to stick the reflective film on the cleaned aluminum plate for use.

5. Computer typesetting patterns and words, and use a computer engraving machine to directly draw pictures and words on the reflective film.

6. The engraved patterns and silk screen printed patterns are scraped and pasted on the aluminum plate of the bottom film to form.

Signboards shall be installed at the entrance and exit, in the yard and on the road to guide vehicles to drive correctly. Traffic signs shall be provided with prohibition signs, indication signs and other signs.
