We have our own 2 state of the art facility out of which 1 of our factories are Sedex audited , we have a total of 500 Machine with a production capacity of 3,000 to 4,500 Pc / Day with all quality Protocol followed by International customers & have in house button pulling test machine , seam strength testing machine , Needle detector – this is mandatory as all our garments have to pass through the needle detector machine as a safety protocol , we follow the broken and missing needle policy and follow the minimum wages ACT. Our facilities are equipped with Smoke detectors , Fire alarm system and First Aid Kits and our members are trained well with certifications to handle Fire or Health emergencies. Each of our factory has Fire exit with 4 feet runway path as per International norms .
We also have our own 20 AUTO LOOMS and 40 Power Looms in Salem where we weave our own woven Yarn Dye and Grey fabrics and have our own Dyeing & Printing Process unit in Cuddalore which enables us to work on better printing or dyeing costs and have full control over the process quality. This also enables us offer our customer a better price as we don’t add mark up on our processing charges as other suppliers as they work with mills and other mills add their profit mark up & the benefit is given to our customers.
