Our Bus bars Are Type tested For IEC61439-1/6 - By Dekra (Kema), in the Netherlands which is one of the most renowned Certification Bodies. The Type Tests Include Temperature Rise, Short Circuit Withstand, Ingress Protection, and Impulse Voltage Withstand.
QBars Busbars are Manufactured From The Highest Quality Materials. Copper Purity is greater than 99.9% and All Copper Bars are Tin Plated 3-5 Microns to provide better contact surfaces and prevent oxidation (Aluminum Conductors Are Also Available). The Busbar Housing Is Made From Painted Extruded Aluminium which is lighter in weight, provides excellent thermo-magnetic properties, highly corrosion resistant. As for insulation, Qbars Uses True Double Insulation which Can Withstand more than 300 Degrees C and Has Been Tested For 8KV Impulse Withstand Voltage.
