The project covers an area of about 140mu, with a total land area of 93404 square feet and a total construction area of 65820 square meters. After completion, it can meet the demand of 1 million tons / year prefabricated building PC components, the annual output value is about 300 million yuan, and about 300 jobs can be created. The project is fully in line with the national policy direction of green, low-carbon, energy saving and environmental protection. The first phase of the base operates the international leading PC precast component automation production line, fixed mold production line and steel bar processing line, and is equipped with a complete concrete laboratory, indoor concrete mixing plant, outdoor product field, corporate culture exhibition center and outdoor exhibition area. Peixian Baoye will strive to build a comprehensive demonstration base for the modernization of the construction industry, devote itself to the industrial revolution of green building and healthy living, and focus on industrial transformation and upgrading with the mission of "building a house like a car". The company will rely on Baoye Group, based on Peixian, serve Peixian, help Peixian, and make its own contribution to the modernization of the construction industry! After the Peixian base of Baoye Group was completed and put into production, it mainly produces prefabricated components such as laminated floor, laminated wallboard, sleeve shear wall, staircase, balcony, air-conditioning board, sandwich panel, non-load-bearing inner wall panel, precast fence wall, precast retaining wall, decorative concrete slab and so on. After the project reaches the standard, the annual output of precast concrete components of prefabricated building PC components will reach 1 million tons.
