The Cooperative Agricoltura Progresso S.C.A. formed in 2002 consists of more than 200 farmers, mainly olive producers. Its primary activity is the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained by two cultivars: Coratina and Ogliarola Barese. The use of cutting-edge continuous extraction plant is aimed to preserve both the environment and the high quality of olives, and so high quality of EVO and Organic Oil. Our Oil production is characterized by an intense fragrance with a light spicy after taste and fruity aroma thanks to the rich content of polyphenols and a low degree of acidity.
