We also produce valve components such as valve wave spring, seals, packing, etc. We have brought in three JP8000 High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Systems from America. JP-8000 is a new type HVOF system with high properties, which is special for its advanced controlling performance, high production capacity and unique coating quality. JP- 8000 has got a more friendly user interface than before due to the introduction of the series of exciting new features.The improvement is based on complex PLC, closed-loop control 8100-CORONA gas or fuel management system, which has improved the accuracy control of the flame properties, the normal running time of the equipment, coating reproducibility and final coating quality.High quality and reproducible coating can be got from JP-8000. The oxygen flow is controlled by MEM and gas proportional valve circuit. The fuel flow is controlled by the oil pump turbine wheel and variable speed motor.Both of the circuits is closed-loop control, which can control the spraying process uniquely.The final result is the control unit can control and spray out coatings applied in simple or extreme conditions.
