BT-31S dispersant with powder form can adjust the electric charge on the surfaces of cement particles to get proper cement rheology, it can also reduce consistency and pump pressure. It has good high temperature resistance, it can be used within 30℃-220℃ (BHCT). It can be mixed with or without water and good compatibility with other additives, is effective in altering the apparent viscosity of slurries that contain low fluid-loss materials (especially BT-11S additive, BT-12S additive). It is not recommended for use in slurries where the ratio of salt to water (by weight of water) is 18% or greater.By changing the apparent viscosity of slurry, BT-31S cement friction reducer allows operators to mix slurry at a higher density and maintain an optimum pumping rate.
