Function configuration

Feeding unit (mechanical type)

1) The main control panel is controlled by touch screen and control button, which is convenient and reliable.

2) The main engine start is controlled by two buttons to ensure the safety of the operator and the host.

3) Can be continuous or sheet fed (with counter) (can be selected according to the needs or sheet feeding).

4) Set the paper feed count and display the production quantity.

5) The position of left and right baffles is controlled by mechanical and electric.

6) The front baffle adjusts the clearance synchronously and electrically.

7) Front edge feeding 7.5kW fan, suction assisted paper feeding, according to the different board bending, ensure smooth paper feeding. The hardness of the glue hanging on the seamless steel pipe on the paper feeding roller is 35-40 degrees, which not only keeps the elasticity but also ensures the surface wear resistance and reduces the flattening of the feeding paperboard.

8) The surface of seamless steel pipe of paper feeding lower roller is finely ground, embossed and plated with hard mesh.

Printing unit

1. The outer diameter of the printing plate roller is ф 393mm (including the outer diameter of the plate thickness is ф 408mm).

1) The printing roller is made of high quality thick wall seamless steel pipe, and the surface is polished and plated with hard chromium.

2) Make balance correction, running smoothly.

3) Reel hanging plate, unilateral locking, make hanging plate alignment accurate, convenient and fast.

4) Full plate hanging groove, suitable for 10 mm hanging plate.

5) When loading and unloading the printing plate, the pedal switch is electrically controlled, which is convenient and flexible.

2. Impression roller

1) The outer diameter of the imprint roller is ф 188mm.

2) Thick wall seamless steel pipe, surface fine grinding, hard chromium plating.

3) Make balance correction, running smoothly.

4) The adjustment range of press roller clearance is 0-11mm.

3. Ink transfer roller

1) The diameter of anilox roller is ф 240mm.

2) The surface of thick wall seamless steel pipe is ground after fine grinding, and the surface is carved with netting and hard chromium plating.

3) Uniform dot, uniform ink, extend the service life of plate and rubber roller.

4) Cots and anilox roller rotation can form a speed difference, so that cots play a role in scraping ink.

5) With the automatic pneumatic lifting device of the paper feeding system (when printing, the screen roller drops and contacts with the printing plate, when printing is stopped, the anilox roller rises and separates from the plate).

4. Uniform ink rubber roller

1) The outer diameter of uniform ink rubber roller is Φ 232mm.

2)High quality seamless steel pipe is wrapped with durable, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber.

3) Rubber roller medium high special grinding, good ink transfer effect.

4) The adjustment range of rubber roller clearance is 0-3 mm.

5. Phase adjustment mechanism

1) Planetary gear construction.

2) Digital display of phase indication makes the operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.

3) The printing phase adopts electric digital 360 ° adjustment (operation and stop can be adjusted).

4) The printing plate roller adopts electric phase adjustment. The speed of zeroing and plate adjustment is fast, and the accuracy of plate adjustment is high.All groups and feeding paper of the whole machine will be reset to zero automatically, and then the phase will be adjusted automatically. After printing a piece of paper, digital fine adjustment will be input to greatly reduce the waste of paperboard.

6. Ink circulation structure

1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.

2) Ink filter screen, filter impurities. (using bidirectional diaphragm pump)

3) The whole machine is equipped with automatic cleaning system. (need to connect water pipe)
